A new company, set up to do a small number of things well
AVIR It was registered in Victoria in October 2026. We focus on the IT that households, home offices and small local businesses depend on: the computers people use every day, the network that connects them, and the accounts and files that hold their work.
Most people who contact an IT company are not after a technology programme. They want the printer back, the Wi-Fi reaching the back room, or a new laptop set up with everything from the old one. That is the work we are built around.
When a job needs something we do not offer, we will say so plainly rather than stretch to fit it.

We explain what we intend to do and why, and agree it with you before we touch settings, data or hardware.

You get a written summary of what was done, plus any passwords or settings you need to keep, handed over to you rather than kept by us.

A two-person office does not need enterprise equipment. We suggest the simplest setup that does the job and is easy for you to live with.

Based in 3204, available remotely beyond it
On-site visits cover Bentleigh, McKinnon, Ormond and the neighbouring suburbs of Melbourne's south-east. Remote sessions work anywhere with an internet connection, which is often the quickest way to sort a software or account problem.
